Kaveri is a detail-oriented litigation associate with an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

Since passing the Bar, Kaveri has represented multinationals, NBFC’s, public sector undertakings across a variety of legal domains such as intellectual property law, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, company law, the law on tenders and government contracts, foreign exchange law, and others.

In addition to previous law firm experience as a litigation associate, Kaveri has also worked under prominent Senior Advocates and appeared in matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various District Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, amongst other fora.

Kaveri believes that for success in the courtroom, there is no substitute for meticulous preparation. In her free time Kaveri enjoys reading, cinema, and exploring the city’s historical and cultural attractions.
