Nitin is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience in constitutional, civil, commercial, economic, and corporate law. He holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree and an MBA in Human Resources. Nitin subsequently pursued an LL.B. and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights, and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2004.

Over the course of his career, Nitin has advised and represented a broad spectrum of domestic and international clients, including high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and non-profit organisations. His practice spans across commercial and disputes advisory, antitrust and mercantile laws, infrastructure, projects, and real estate, with regular appearances before various High Courts and Tribunals across India, as well as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

A seasoned professional in domestic and international commercial arbitration, Nitin is empanelled as an Arbitrator with numerous prestigious institutions such as India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC); Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), amongst other institutes. He is experienced as an Arbitrator as well as a Counsel in various sectors such as energy, construction, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Nitin is also an empanelled Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and is an active speaker at various national and international arbitration fora and legal conferences.
