Ishaan is a Counsel with the firm’s New Delhi office and his current practice spans a wide spectrum with specific focus on power sector disputes, regulatory issues pertaining to energy, mining and real estate and disputes pertaining to insolvency, white collar crimes and recovery issues.

He has handled diverse and peculiar litigation arising out of EPC(s), PPA(s), recovery under contracts, land disputes, insolvency proceedings, government notifications and circulars etc.

Ishaan, regularly represents and advices, power producers, government utility(s), multi-national companies, engineering and infrastructure companies, high networth individuals, financial institutions etc. As part of the litigation practice, Ishaan regularly appears before the Appellate Tribunal of Electricity, State Electricity Commissions, Real Estate Authority, National Company Law Tribunals, various High Courts of India, District Court(s) and Supreme Court of India.

Prior to joining ALO, Ishaan was associated with HSA Advocates, New Delhi and Chambers of Mr P.S. Billimoria, with focus on dispute resolution and regulatory litigation.
